i feel like i can't control myself. i can't stop myself from eating bad foods. i can't motivate myself to work out. i can't even get myself to put down my stupid phone and really live. do you know of anything that can help strengthen my mental will power? I think we’re just alike! Lmao. If hadn’t been working til now, i would just stay in front of the computer all day. To have the will to do something, first is, you have to have a discipline to yourself. Second is to find someone/something as your inspiration to become a better person. And last is having the determination and to push everything to your limit so you’ll have the best results!

My best guy friend sends me mixed signals and I have no idea if he likes me. I recently started to have feelings for him (we have been friends for 10 yrs.) there is A problem if we do date.. He's 17 and I'm 20. But he flirts with me constantly, jokes about dating me, touches me, etc. but he has never told me how he feels about me. I'm too scared to ask him. Ah :( Aren’t you comfortable in dating younger men? I prefer guys older than me in a relationship too but if he’s mature enough, then there’s no problem with that. Why don’t you try to test him if he really likes you? If he jokes about dating you or something that may seem he likes you, bring the joke back to him and agree on dating him for example and see how he’ll react on the situation! :))

I love my boyfriend to death, but his family is slowly starting to become a deal breaker and I don't know what to do. Have you tried talking about this with your boyfriend? I’m sure he knows what to do. And maybe you can do something for his family or even cook them dinner. That would be nice.
